HEATHER ANDERSON and her husband, ERIC, began Studio H in 1994. Together they have won numerous awards Nationally, Regionally and in the Twin Cities. Heather is very involved in the Professional Photographers of America on a national and Twin Cities level, serving on the board, as president and volunteering at the National Convention. She is in the final stage of receiving her Certified Professional Photographer status (CPP). The CPP is acheived by less than 1% of photographers nationally.

Before starting Studio H Heather had been a photographer for 10 years previous. Six years traveling internationally with Reign Ministries photographing for promotional purposes the passions and vigor of this youth orientated ministry. The following four years managing a large studio for a national chain in South Carolina, where she won the prestige's "Studio of the Year" Award. Studio H began when Heather returned to her native Minnesota. Initially returning to more commercial style photography, after several years, Heather realized her passion lie with conveying the precious moments of the human experience; she began focusing her energies on children, families and weddings. Since then Studio H has experienced incredible growth, proudly relying almost soley on word of mouth as advertising.

After a career in corporate computer graphics, ERIC, decided to stay home to play house-dad in 2000. Realizing Heather couldn't keep up with the mounting design work (and that he was better at it), he continues to do his part from behind the scenes.

Bridget joined Studio H in 2006 as Production Manager, retouching artist, senior landscape keeper and anything else we can talk her into. After spending 20 years with Toro in production management and customer service, she is well qualified to provide you with friendly service to make your experience at Studio H everything you've hoped it would be.

Eric and Heather have four children. When not in the studio, the family also enjoys traveling, sailing, camping and gardening.
